| A: | Yes, as long as the portal is for use by mobile users. |
| Q: | If an idea put forward is in the form of software, how should it be described? (example: In the form of a schematic / circuit diagram) |
| A: | The idea may be explained in the form of a diagram or a block diagram though any written method that clearly communicates the concept is acceptable. |
| Q: | What do you mean by schematic diagram? |
| A: | Schematic diagram shows the flow of your content. |
| Q: | Should the ideas include only software or hardware-related content? |
| A: | Your idea can include either one, depending on the development of your content. More importantly, it must be user-friendly for mobile phones |
| Q: | Do participants need to develop a prototype? |
| A: | Yes, a prototype is necessary for this Challenge at the Content Submission stage. |
| Q: | What is the difference between functional flow and schematic design? |
| A: | Functional flow describes the use of the mobile content whereas schematic design explains a concept in the form of a block design. |
| Q: | What platform shouldn't participants use for this challenge? |
| A: | We do not limit the use of applications. You are encouraged to use Java, Flash, J2ME, Linux, Iphone or any other applications as long as it is related to mobile devices. |
